4. Contact forms and Squarespace
This website is hosted by Squarespace. When you submit a form, Squarespace processes the information needed to transmit and protect the submission. Submissions are sent to info@pachvak.com and may also be stored in Squarespace, including the Forms or Contacts areas available to the site owner. If another storage service is connected later, that provider may process the submission under its own terms and privacy practices.
Google reCAPTCHA may be used to reduce spam and abuse. Its operation can involve collection of device, browser, interaction, and security information by Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that processing.
5. Who receives information?
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Squarespace and its service providers, for website hosting, security, forms, contacts, and analytics;
- Google, where reCAPTCHA or another enabled Google service is used;
- our email provider and Squarespace, to receive and store form submissions;
- professional advisers, contractors, or service providers who need the information to support our operations and are subject to appropriate duties;
- public authorities or other parties where required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or relevant to a business reorganisation.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated direct marketing unless you have been given an appropriate choice and applicable law permits it.
6. International transfers
Squarespace and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism, contractual safeguards, an adequacy decision, an applicable exception, or another lawful mechanism.

We ask users to provide only the information reasonably necessary for the enquiry or service and not to submit sensitive information through the general contact form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel. We use a child's information to respond to enquiries, arrange or provide educational services, communicate with the child and/or parent or guardian, protect safety, and meet legal obligations. Parents or legal guardians may contact info@pachvak.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information, subject to applicable law. If we learn that a child's information was submitted without appropriate authorisation, we will review the circumstances and take reasonable steps, which may include deleting it.
